If someone has a fever it usually indicates that their body is doing its job in fighting an infection, which is a good thing. Fever doesn’t necessarily have to be treated unless the body temperature reaches a dangerous level. As far as I’m aware there are not any foods you can eat which will have a significant effect in reducing a fever, but people are advised to make sure they stay hydrated. A diet that provides adequate nourishment is one way to make sure you reduce your risk of infection, and that when do you get sick your body is best able to fight that infection.
