The peak seasons for honeydew melons in WA are winter and spring. Due to our increasingly global food supply however, most fruits and veggies can be sources during any season if they are grown overseas. Honeydew melon goes really well in Asian style salads: cut the melon into small cubes and toss with the rest of the salad or thinly slice the melon and use it to decorate the salad once it has been plated.
