Frozen fruit and vegetables are just as safe to give to your baby as fresh fruit and vegetables and can even be more nutritious compared to “fresh” produce that has been sitting on the shelf for a few days. Make sure the texture is appropriate for your baby and that the food is thoroughly defrosted to avoid hard lumps which could be a choking hazard.
