This is a question best put to an Accredited Exercise Physiologist but I would say the best time to be physically active is one which fits into your daily routine. If you have time in the morning, then be physically active in the morning. If it works better for you to be active in the afternoon, do so in the afternoon. You might find that it works better to be physically active at different times on different days, depending on your routine and what type of activity you do.
