Zesty Coleslaw

This fresh and zesty coleslaw is the perfect side dish with grilled meat or fish. Perfect for a family BBQ on a warm day. Best made fresh on the day but will keep in an air-tight container for 2 days.

Ingredientszesty coleslaw

  • 1/2 a white cabbage
  • 1/2 a red (purple) cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of wholegrain mustard
  • Zest of one lemon

Method

  1. Finely slice the cabbage, removing any large chunks
  2. Mix all the ingredients together to combine
  3. Add more mayonnaise and mustard if you desire a thicker coating
